The room was brand-new with a double bed, and the breakfast was fresh and perfect. The location was strategic and ideal, next to the hill to the water front for a beautiful view of the water and the bridge from the Black Isle over to Inverness as well as an expansive garden with wonderful old trees.

Sincerely, it was a LOVELY stay for four nights. The location was amazing and incredible, so close to the hill to the water front for a beautiful view of the water, Old Drynie House and magnificent beautifully tended gardens, in a really quiet area.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was breathtaking, situated by the lake and surrounded by a beautiful wooded garden. The expansive grounds with old trees added to the charm and tranquility of the place. The service was top-notch, with housekeeping keeping our room spotless and providing all the necessary amenities such as ironing facilities, tea and coffee making facilities, and a comfortable sitting area. We also enjoyed spending time on the terrace and dining table on the patio, soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. Delightful hotel in an excellant location, has magnificent views of the bay. The stuff is really helpful and welcoming, and the owner too. The room is a nice size and well-equipped and includes a luxury bathroom. The food is good and the breakfast was freshly cooked. It offers excellent service. Overall modern facilities, there's free parking.
